 EXTRAJUDICIAL KILLINGS
Extrajudicial killings and forced disappearances in the Philippines are illegal liquidations, unlawful or felonious killings and forced disappearances in thePhilippines. These are forms of extrajudicial punishment, and include extrajudicial executions, summary executionsarbitrary arrest and detentions, and failed prosecutions due to political activities of leading political personage/groups.

Extrajudicial killings are most commonly referred to as "salvaging" in Philippine English. The word is believed to be a direct Anglicization of Tagalog salbahe("cruel", "barbaric"), from Spanish salvaje ("wild", "savage")
BACKSTORY:  Duterte vows to continue killing criminals ‘in accordance with law’

Ifugao Rep. Teddy Baguilat sought an inquiry in aid of legislation on the spate of “extrajudicial killings” of
suspected criminals at the start of the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte. In House Resolution No. 61, Baguilat, a member of the Liberal Party, called on Congress to investigate the “spate of extrajudicial killings and/or summary executions of suspected violators of laws on illegal drugs and other suspected criminals.”

Baguilat cited Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution that reads “No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law, nor shall any person be denied the equal protection of the laws.”
He also cited Article III, Section 14 paragraph 1 which reads “No person shall be held to answer for a criminal offense without due process of law.” “The seemingly unchecked outbreak of extrajudicial killings executed by civil servants trusted by the people to enforce the law indicates a violation of the Constitution…” Baguilat said.

Baguilat also said the extrajudicial killings represent a “deterioration of the rule of law which can lead to people taking the law into their hands,” thereby leading the country towards the path of “lawlessness and anarchy.”

“There is therefore an uproar from the public and government officials alike to look into the disturbing trend of extrajudicial killings of suspected drug criminals,” Baguilat said. “It behooves Congress, as the people’s instrument for securing social order through the establishment of just laws and thus the rule of law, to scrutinize the circumstances behind the aforementioned killings, with a view to ensuring that the people’s rights and lives are protected, especially by law enforcers,” he added.
DE LIMA: DUTERTE'S STATEMENTS CONDONE SUMMARY KILLINGS
By XIANNE ARCANGEL, GMA News
Justice Secretary Leila de Lima on Sunday urged President Rodrigo Duterte to remind the police about the importance of following the law while carrying out his administration’s all-out offensive against illegal drugs called “Shabu”.
While De Lima sees nothing wrong with Duterte’s use of incendiary rhetoric to inspire policemen to go after suspected drug offenders, she said he might be unwittingly encouraging them to break the law with his condonation of extrajudicial killings.

Asked if she is afraid of possible criticism from Pres. Duterte over her plan for a Senate probe,

De Lima said seeking an inquiry into drug-related killings is part of her duty as a lawmaker.

Espinosa lawyer, girl killed in Leyte ambush

MANILA, Philippines – The lawyer of alleged drug lord Kerwin Espinosa and his father Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. of Albuera, Leyte and a teenage girl were gunned down yesterday by still unidentified men in Tacloban City. Killed were lawyer Rogelio Bato Jr. and Angelica Bonita, 15, a resident of Fatima Village and a student of a nearby public high school. It is not clear why Bonita was with Bato.
Bato and Bonita were riding in the lawyer’s car when the suspects ambushed them at around 2:30 p.m. in Barangay Lumbang II in Tacloban. City police chief Sr. Supt. Rolando Bade said witnesses told investigators that they saw a white Hi-lux pickup following Bato’s car. As the gunmen sped, ahead the occupants started firing at the lawyer’s car.Investigators recovered empty shells of an M16 rifle and a caliber .45 pistol at the crime scene.

The lawyer had represented the younger Espinosa in his drug-related cases, and those of his accomplices caught for either drugs or illegal possession of firearms. There are speculations that the lawyer was killed so that no one would represent the Espinosa.
“From behind, the suspects’ vehicle sped up, and when the pick-up was beside the victims’ vehicle, gunmen shot the victims repeatedly. After the shooting, the suspects’ vehicle then maneuvered out of the one-way road and sped off,” said Bade in a phone interview. “They died on the spot. We recovered at least 10 empty shells for M16 rifle. We are still accounting for other empty shells which appear to be coming from a caliber .45 pistol,” he added.
Mayor Espinosa had earlier surrendered to Philippine National Police chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa in Camp Crame, Quezon City after being given 24 hours by President Duterte to surrender. He was subsequently released since there were no charges filed against the mayor at the time. Bade said they could not make any statement on whether the killing was connected with Bato’s being a lawyer of Espinosa, who has been linked to illegal drug operations in Eastern Visayas through his son Kerwin.
Tagged as drug supplier in Eastern Visayas, Kerwin was reportedly directly getting drugs from Peter Co, a drug lord detained at the New Bilibid Prison.
Police have filed several charges against him in connection with the death of six of his men in a clash with police and the raid on his house where 11 kilos of shabu worth P88 million and a cache of firearms were seized. – With Cecille Suerte Felipe, Rolex Elmido/The Freeman

Mayor Espinosa’s killing sets back Duterte’s drug war—Bayan

 / 02:50 PM November 07, 2016
The death of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa while in government custody sets back the Duterte administration’s war on drugs, militant group Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan) said on Monday.
Daughter cried over Mayor's dead body
Bayan secretary-general Renato Reyes Jr. said there were strong indications that the killing of Espinosa and another inmate in the Leyte Sub Provincial Jail was a “cold-blooded murder.” Espinosa was the second mayor killed in President Rodrigo Duterte’s “narcolist” of politicians following the death of Datu Saudi Ampatuan Mayor Samsudin Dimaukom in a police clash last month.
“The circumstances of Espinosa’s death are highly questionable; from the service of the so-called arrest and search warrants at 4 am, Espinosa’s alleged shoot-out with police, the presence of guns inside the jail cell, the alleged stand-off between the CIDG and jail officials and the missing CCTV footage of the incident,” Reyes said in a statement.

WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THIS KILLINGS?

BLAME ON SHABU DRUG?

Shabu, a slang term for the drug methamphetamine; used in Japan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia. Yaba, also called shabĂș (Philippines), pills with a mixture of methamphetamine and caffeine prevalent throughout Asia.
Ice, also referred to as shabu, crystal, crystal meth or d-meth, ice is the purest and most potent form of methamphetamine. It comes as a powder or crystals that are usually snorted, injected or smoked.

Shabu is the term for crystal meth in the Philippines. It is the drug of choice for 90% of the Filipino drug users. Shabu is commonly made from cheap medicines containing ephedrine.
Symptoms of meth abuse include:
·         Increased attention and decreased fatigue.
·         Increased activity and wakefulness.

·         Increased talkativeness.
·         Decreased appetite.
·         Euphoria and experiencing a rush.
·         Increased respiration.
·         Rapid/irregular heartbeat.
·         Hyperthermia.

      BLAME THE DRUG PUSHERS?

Drug Pusher is someone who gets customers and peddle drugs in small amount. The cost may range from a sachet at $120 per gram. The pusher then sliced shabu in a more affordable size a customer can buy. Methamphetamine hydrochloride fetches a higher price than cocaine in the country. It counts as among the most expensive drugs in Asia, according to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
Today those drug pushers is on the Hot List of President Duterte's Administration, and they were killed massively everyday. Spectators estimates a 10 - 15 death incidents of drug pushers every 24 hours which in turn the highest "Killings" happened around the globe. Are they really the culprit to blame? Or they too belongs to the victims?

BLAME THE DRUG LORDS?

Drug Lords were the big-time Financier of the manufacturing of shabu, they are the Businessmen or the Capitalist of this operation, mostly comes from China and other Asian countries.
Big-time drug lord and shabu laboratory operator was killed in an encounter with the Anti-Illegal Drug Group of the Philippine National Police in Valenzuela on Friday. Tan operated a shabu laboratory in Naic, Cavite in 2003 with Jackson Dy, where about 600 kilograms of shabu were confiscated.

He also operated a shabu laboratory on Scout Chuatoco Street in Quezon City, where more than 70 kilograms of shabu and 3,500 kilograms of ephedrine were confiscated. Authorities were supposed to serve a warrant of arrest to Tan when a running gun battle erupted.Tan was neutralized by operatives of the PNP-AIDG during the encounter. PDEA Director Lapeña inspects crime scene in Valenzuela where Meco tried to escape using his vehicle Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Director General Isidro Lapeña inspected the crime scene where Tan made an attempt to escape using his vehicle.

These bad businessmen shares the Ninety percent of the blame with what was happening nowadays.
A procedural routine of inspecting those foreign businessmen's factory must be done.

BLAME THE FAMILY?

FAMILY is a group consisting of parents and children living together in a household.

What are the Family obligations?
For most people, family obligations are a built in part of life. Family obligations may include milestones, holidays or events where a family member is honored. Other family obligations may involve going places or doing things with family members even when those things are not enjoyable. Being part of a family most often brings joy to a
person's life, and accepting obligations from time to time is a small price to pay for the benefits of family love and support.

Birthdays- Most family members recognize each other's birthdays. Family members who live far away may call or write to wish a relative a happy birthday. Letting a family member know you're thinking of him, regardless of distance, often sparks positive emotions that help strengthen the relationship.

Holidays- are often associated with family obligations. You may be required to attend or host a gathering. You may need to purchase gifts or visit family members. You may be expected to call certain relatives. While visiting relatives for annual celebrations may be fun for some, others find these occasions exhausting and stressful.

Weddings, graduations and award ceremonies are examples of events that may require family recognition. Another type of event might be a religious ceremony such as a baptism, first communion, confirmation or bar mitzvah. You may also feel obligated to attend smaller-scale events like your little brother's baseball game, your cousin's piano recital, your uncle's Halloween party or your grandparents' barbecue. Teenagers may be particularly annoyed by having to attend family events. But  parents to recognize that such attitudes are common among adolescents.

Favors-At times, family members may find themselves in need of help -- someone is sick, someone needs advice, someone needs a babysitter, a tutor or just a shoulder to cry on. In healthy, caring families, people support each other in times of need. Family obligations can include favors for relatives that aren't always easy or fun but are necessary and appreciated.

In reality, the family is a seed. The seed grew and became a tree, those branches and twigs were the trials and downfalls and search of a new life and the strive to be a strong family and they bear fruits, a child wherein father and mother yearn for: "that someday this child will fulfill our dream to become a good parents like us."

But the righteous dream every parents dreamed for their loving child was suddenly ended in a night because of... Shabu?

BLAME TO THEIR RANK IN LIFE

The Economy of the Philippines is the 39th largest in the world, according to 2015 International  Monetary Fund statistics, and is also one of the emerging markets. The Philippines is considered a newly industrialized country, which has an economy transitioning from one based on agriculture to one based more on services and manufacturing. In 2016, GDP by Purchasing power parity was estimated to be at $811.726 billion.

Primary exports include semiconductors and electronic products, transport equipment, garments, copper products, petroleum products, coconut oil, and fruits. Major trading partners include the United States, Japan, China, Singapore, South Korea, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Germany, Taiwan, and Thailand. The Philippines has been named as one of the Tiger Cub Economies together with Indonesia, and Thailand. It is currently one of Asia's fastest growing economies. However, major problems remain, mainly having to do with alleviating the wide income and growth disparities between the country's different regions and socioeconomic classes, reducing corruption, and investing in the infrastructure necessary to ensure future growth.
The Philippine economy is projected to be the 16th biggest in the world by 2050.

Most of the researchers as they have concluded in their report, the root cause of the rampant usage of drugs are the status in life of every individuals. Envy to a neighbor ignite the condition because the lower your daily income, the lesser you enjoy the benefits of a modernized world. They can't afford a Mcdonald meal or Gadgets and other devices. They feel as outcast of the modern group of people who can afford to buy because of their high salary. So, they resort on buying and selling drugs, make a drug customer campaign to generate more income, some try shabu to escape from the situation they really do not want - poverty, and shabu ease them to a Hallucinate Experiences they called "reality of their dreams"

So the condition of life were the other factors with the aim of grouping them in an "affordable group" and an "unaffordable group", in which the "unaffordable group" Shabu is an inexpensive device that ascend them to another world of satisfaction.

BLAME THE ENVIRONMENT

Poverty has always remained a critical social problem that calls to be addressed. Philippines' latest poverty line for 2014 marks a per capita income of 10,534 pesos a year. According to the data from the National Statistical Coordination Board, more than one-quarter (25.8%) of the population fell below the poverty line the first semester of 2014, an approximate 4 per cent increase since 2013.

This shows that the incidence of poverty has remained significantly high as compared to other countries for almost a decade. The unevenness of the decline has been attributed to a large range of income brackets across regions and sectors, and unmanaged population growth. The Philippines poverty rate is roughly the same level as Haiti.

The government planned to eradicate poverty as stated in the Philippines Development Plan 2011-2016 (PDP). The PDP for those six years are an annual economic growth of 7-8% and the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Under the MDGs, Philippines committed itself to halving extreme poverty from a level of 33.1% in 1991 to 16.6% by 2015.

Transparently, the PNOY Administration uplift the GDF of Philippine Economy that other Asian countries appreciate. But the low level people hardly felt the changes made by the PNOY cabinets, this is in fact can be magnified if some businessmen will carry out to give the increased the government had been executed long before. Unfortunately, big business companies does not retain even the minimum wages and benefits of an ordinary employee.

BLAME IT TO THEIR EDUCATION?

Education in the Philippines is managed and regulated by the Department of Education (DepEd), Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

DepEd is responsible for the K–12 basic education; it exercises full and exclusive control over public schools and nominal regulation overprivate schools, and it also enforces the national curriculum that has been put in place since 2013.

CHED and TESDA, on the other hand, are responsible for higher education;  CHED regulates the academically oriented universities and colleges while TESDA oversees the development of technical and vocational education institutions and programs in the country.
Meanwhile, higher education requires even as little as two years (e.g. associate degree) or much longer (e.g. bachelor's degree, master's degree, doctorate) to complete in universities and colleges, and much shorter in technical and vocational schools. University of the Philippines serves as the country's national university and widely regarded as the top higher education institution in the Philippines. There is also a large number of state universities and colleges and privately-run ones, and can either be for-profit or not-for-profit and secular or religious.

This Education will take all the ninety and nine percent of the "BLAMES" we could imagined of - why those drug related killings are happening today. Take this out: all the victims were poor, all the victims have no regular job or income. Then if the ninety percent of the student were all finished in their respected courses. They earned more than enough. They will be belong to the "affordable group" they in turn will be enjoying the benefits of the modern world.

You might say "it will not happened." then you are one of the ten percent factor to blame on today's Extra Judicial Killings.

The proof that it can be is: Singapore is one of the example of focusing their attention on Education. Because a truly educated person will never mislead his life on a particular thing (shabu) he knew would create a monster in him.

Those people who had been executed were not fully educated. they might be "never taste the ingredient of a true education".

GOVERNANCE

BLAME THE JUSTICE SYSTEM?

The Philippines, I am sure, is in the Guinness World Records as the country with the slowest judicial system. Of this, we should not be proud but be ashamed. We just marked the anniversaries of two mass killings in the Philippines, both of which made world records: the Maguindanao massacre where 58 poor souls, including 32 media workers, were murdered; and the Ozone Disco Club fire in Quezon City that claimed the lives of 162 persons, most of them young men and women celebrating their graduation.
In the Ozone Disco fire, the trial of those responsible for the tragedy took almost 19 years, much longer than the sentences imposed on them by the court. In the Maguindanao massacre, the court is still hearing the bail petitions of some of the accused, five years into the trial.

Indeed, this is true not only of these two shocking mass murders but also of almost all cases filed in court. The cases against Imelda Marcos et al., for example, have been pending since 1986 when the Marcos dictatorship was toppled by angry citizens. That’s two-and-a-half decades ago. Not only is Imelda still out of prison, she continues to behave as if she is still the first lady. Instead of being in jail, she is in the House of Representatives as congresswoman for Ilocos Norte. Her son Bongbong is a senator salivating to be president, and daughter Imee is governor of Ilocos Norte.

Who would be afraid of the law when they know that even if they are caught, they can stay out of prison for decades during which time they can continue doing what they have been doing and prospering from them? Crime and corruption can never be eliminated, or even slowed down, unless there is quick justice.

The legal principle that “justice delayed is justice denied” no longer has any meaning for judges and lawyers.

Is this because most of the judges are lazy? Most judges conduct trials for only half-a-day. The trial of each case lasts for only one hour, after which it is scheduled again at least one month later. Postponements usually last longer, up to 60 days, after which there may be another motion for postponement based on some flimsy excuse. Many judges and government prosecutors absent themselves during scheduled trials, forcing still more postponements of all the cases scheduled for trial that day.
So what can be done? One is to appoint more judges and justices. Another is for the Supreme Court to crack the whip on lower court judges, and set the example by quickly deciding appeals and petitions elevated to it. A third is to hold continuous trials until the cases are submitted for decision.

These judicial system as the constitution tells is an entity apart from police and other government authorities has the term judicial powers that refers to the power of the Judicial Branch of the Republic of the Philippines to hear cases and interpret, enforce or nullify laws and statutes, in order to render verdicts.
As it has been said: enforce or nullify laws and statutes with due respect to the president of the land...
in order to deliver and / or submit  the verdicts to the police?

Accordingly:

  • law                                  ....rules to follow
  • verdict                            .....people to follow
  • hear and interpret           .....ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions.
  • submit the verdict          .....the carrying out or putting into effect of a plan, order, or course of action.

BLAME THE POLICE?
Extrajudicial killings and forced disappearances in the Philippines are illegal liquidations, unlawful or
felonious killings in the Philippines.  These are forms of extrajudicial punishment, and include extrajudicial executions, summary executions, arbitrary arrest and detentions, and failed prosecutions due to political activities of leading political, trade union members, dissident and/or social figures, left-wing political parties, non-governmental organizations, political journalists, outspoken clergy, anti-mining activists, agricultural reform activists, members of organizations.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has confirmed an increase in the number of illegal drug suspects getting killed in police operations since the May 9 elections.Former PNP spokesman Chief Superintendent Wilben Mayor had said that the intensified operations were due to Duterte’s pronouncements about eliminating drugs and criminality in the Philippines.

Mayor, however, clarified that only small fractions of the total drug suspects neutralize were killed during operations. The President had promised to give cash rewards to those who will be able to arrest and kill drug lords.

Based on the latest data released by the PNP, a total of 400 + drug suspects have been killed by policemen in anti-narcotics operations from July 1 to August 6, 2016.

BLAME ALL TO GUNS?

MANILA, Philippines - I held the pistol delicately, turning it over, examining it.

"Yes. The bullet is strong enough," he said.
It was a .32 caliber, black Beretta Tomcat that could fire 7 rounds. It costs US $866.
"It's not like you'll have 7 attackers at once. That's all you need," he said.

"Ok," I said. "I'll take it."
He took the gun from me and rested it back on the shelf, handing me a piece of paper in exchange.
"Just submit these requirements to us, so we can apply for a gun license," he said.
Ticked on the paper were:
1.       Police Clearance
2.       Proof of Billing
3.       Certificate of Employment
4.       2 valid IDs with a picture
5.       ID picture
6.       Cedula.

An Envelope with the following Forms:
·         Application forms for the Philippine National Police (PNP)
·         A form to register for a gun seminar
·         Another for a Directorate for Intelligence clearance
·         Application to possess firearms
·         Affidavit saying I have no pending cases against me
·         Application for a firearm license
·         Authorization Form prepared by the gun store that I had to sign, allowing them to apply for me

Also listed as requirements were:
·         Drug test,
·         Neurological-psychiatric clearance,
·         Mayor's clearance
·         Gun club certificate.

In the Philippines, the first gun license is good for 4 years. After the first 4 years, the license must be renewed every two years. It costs about P360 to P400 a year to own a licensed firearm, depending on the type of gun.
With one license needed for every firearm, Fabia said they rarely deny license applications.
"As long as you meet all the requirements, no problem," he said.

Reforms needed

Speaking about the shooting in Quezon that killed 13, Police on Wednesday, January 9, admitted that recent shooting incidents "show that PNP should further strengthen the regulation of firearms

PNP records show there are
1.6 million licensed firearms in the Philippines. A third of all licensed guns belong to the military and police. PNP estimates showed there are nearly 600,000 loose or unregistered firearms.

"We are creating recommendations for the President and we will submit this in the right time. We are reviewing the current regulations in licensing of firearms," police said.

These (Extra Judicial Killer) Devices is really devilish. After buying a gun, examine yourself alone holding a gun. You feel some "thing" in you. You feel you are supreme. You feel you'd like to proved it. You feel you cannot die, because you have a gun that protects you.

Those feelings were manifested the other day when an army officer yelled a man riding a bicycle, fist fight with the bicycle man, and after losing with the fight; he got his gun in the car walk after the bicycle man and fired him to death.

He had that "thing" feeling that his gun would protect him.

Do some policemen feels the same way too?
I don't think so. They were the appointees of God and Countries to execute the Laws of the lands.

BLAME TO THE PRONOUNCEMENT OF DRUG WAR

The Philippine Drug War is an ongoing crackdown against the trade of controlled substances in the Philippines that began on June 30, 2016 when Rodrigo Duterte was inaugurated as president of the country. This was heavily criticized by senator Leila de Lima, calling to stop the killings. In the first two weeks of the Duterte presidency, more than one hundred suspected drug pushers have been killed, 1,844 arrested, and 66,000 drug users and pushers have surrendered. And while critics have likened the situation to the dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos, there are also those that support the campaign. As Mayor of Davao City, Rodrigo Duterte was praised for turning his city into one of the safest cities in the world through the suppression of drugs and criminality. His action is often compared to Lee Kuan Yew who turned Singapore into a "global city" through the suppression of criminality and drugs.

Timeline

1. June 24, 2016 — more than fifty people accused of dealing in controlled substances have been killed after Rodrigo Duterte called for killings against suspected criminals.  Duterte wants to return capital punishment in the country. After Duterte's inauguration, he conducted a speech in Tondo, Manila where he urged people to kill drug pushers in exchange for bounty.

2. July 1 — Duterte continued his calls for Filipino citizens to kill people suspected of using illegal drugs.

3. July 3 — It was reported that ten people had been killed by the Philippine National Police within a week after Rodrigo Duterte took office as president and made statements encouraging the murder of illegal drug addicts. On July 4, 2016, the Communist Party of the Philippines agreed to fight drug lords after its legal wing Bagong Alyansang Makabayan joined the government cabinet of Rodrigo Duterte.

4. July 5 — International media organizations report that more than 100 alleged drug dealers, rapists and car thieves have died in the Philippines since Rodrigo Duterte's election win on May 9, but no evidence of their crime is presented by local authorities.  Many the killings happened during the last days of the Aquino administration, and prior to Duterte's inaugural on June 30, 2016. Duterte actively encouraged extrajudicial killing of suspected drug addicts and petty criminals before and after the election. On July 7, 2016, the Philippines House of Representatives sought to investigate the rise in deaths of suspected drug dealers in the country.

5. July 9 — the Philippine government demanded that its critics provide proof that there have been human rights violations in the current drug war.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is the lead anti-drug law enforcement agency, responsible forpreventing, investigating and combating any dangerous drugs, controlled precursors and essential chemicals within the Philippines.
PDEA is the implementing arm of the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB). The DDB is the policy-making and strategy-formulating body in the planning and formulation of policies and programs on drug prevention and control. PDEA and DDB are both under the supervision of the Office of the President.

6. Aug. 15.2016
A TOTAL of 3,257 extrajudicial killings (EJKs) were committed during the Marcos dictatorship. In contrast, there were 805 drug-related fatalities from May 10 (when Rodrigo Duterte emerged winner of the presidential election) to Aug. 12, per the Inquirer count.
If the current rate continues, the total number of EJKs for the six years of the Duterte administration will end up about 700 percent more than the killings committed during the 14 years of the Marcos dictatorship.
President Duterte is either ill-advised or terribly underestimating the risk that he can be held liable at the International Criminal Court, given the circumstances of the killings.

In 2011, the Philippines ratified the Rome Statute which established the International Criminal Court. Under this treaty, every Filipino, including the President, can be tried by this Court which has jurisdiction over crimes against humanity. The treaty provides that when murder is “committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack,” it becomes a crime against humanity.

The possibility that the current EJKs will be considered by the International Criminal Court as amounting to a crime against humanity is a liability risk that our President is miscalculating.

Quite a lot of religions believe that sacrificing someone’s life of a member will be the highest offering a man can give to the Gods they believed. Other consider helping someone in need is another form to pleased God.

Generally, speaking it must be a comprehensive decision on what will be your chosen religion. Make sure the religion you were in was a true religion which show signs of righteousness in words and in deeds, because religion will influence your thinking and decision to do bad or good.

YOU AND ME...TO BLAME?

I thought that you and me are not a subject of this blame. Maybe you are a law abiding citizen, I also is a law abiding citizen. But do you know that every living citizen has a certain obligations in any countries they were living in. One of this obligation was:

Article 3. Bill of Rights

Article 3 enumerates specific protections against the abuse of state power, most of which are similar to the provisions of the U.S. Constitution. Some essential provisions are:
  • a right to due process and equal protection of law

WRAPPING UP
  • The previous condition of the Killings extra judicially of the poor Filipino victims or as they pronounce it "the culprit", were too short a time to create a better conclusion, as there were no transparent result of investigation had been done in totality by the police or N.B.I..
  • Therefore, to blame a dead man that he is a pusher and he was the reason why the Philippine Economy suffers poverty is a ruthless accusation.
  • To deprive his uneducated wife and prevent his children to avail the benefits of God given harvest of
the land is a manifestation of ungodly processes.
  • To sprinkle the blood of the alleged drug pushers with unidentified killers, is a sign of irresponsibilities of a careless authorities
  • To trademark a just and innocent civilian as "drug pusher" then leave the siblings and parents, wives and children the burden of nurturing each family member in a shameful situation. There will be a thousand of reasons to write; but to absolutely resolved the killings of those unfortunate, uneducated, and a scary diseased person, in the society of the educated; to the hands of fortunate vigilantes and authorities, that lacks the power to resist, the executive order that leads them to become "The Enemy of GOD".
  • Can we resolve a problem that only God can Judge and Intervene? Today's situation is no ordinary events, it is a forbid actions that permitted by God. The only thing I knew:GOD really INTERVENE.

At the end of everyday as you want to close your eyes, say something eternal:
to GOD be the glory...
