-Addiction is a chronic,
relapsing disease characterized by compulsive drug seeking and use despite
serious adverse consequences, and by long lasting changes in the brain.
This definition of
addiction if you will examine as the sentences imply it is a disease as the studies made by some doctors and professionals.

Here in the Philippines
people here eat rice three to four times a day to the rest of their life, was
this a form of addiction?

In Korea, noodle is their

Maybe you might say that it
is a different circumstance but, we are talking here about addiction. We are
separated the fact that Meth or Ice is a dangerous drug. We will first
concentrate on the addiction effect of Methamphetamine.
It has a high potential for abuse.
It has a currently accepted medical use.
Abuse of it may lead to severe psychological
or physical dependence.
Pharmaceutical
methamphetamine is used in medications that treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity
Disorder (ADHD) and, infrequently, in cases of severe obesity.
The crystal form of methamphetamine - the
street drug crystal meth - has no medical applications, and is exclusively
abused as a recreational substance.
Hence, Shabu or Meth or Ice or whatever they called it; is a drug for medications. Some people just abuse in using it. They habitually use it as their recreational tool.

Signs and
Symptoms
Crystal meth is a powerful stimulant. No
matter what route of administration is used -injected, smoked or inhaled - an
individual will experience a rapid onset of its effects.
When under
the influence of meth, a person may present with any number of symptoms:
Increase physical activity.
Increase blood pressure and breathing rate.
Elevate body temperature.
Some other
troubling signs of methamphetamine abuse include:
Dilate pupils
Heavy sweating
Loss of appetite
Sleeplessness
Paranoia or irritability
Fleeting euphoria
Unpredictable behavior
Doing repetitive, meaningless tasks
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Tremors
Headache
Uncontrollable jaw clenching
Anxiety
Depression
Fatigue
Violent behavior
Seizures
Respiratory or airway abnormalities
Persistently elevated heart rate, placing users at risk for heart attack
Effects
of Crystal Meth Abuse
Crystal meth works by affecting the
communication chemicals dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin in the brain
and activating the cardiovascular and central nervous systems.
The effects of crystal meth in recreational
doses are powerful, and can lead to psychological and physical addiction. The
Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse reports that users initially report of feeling confident and powerful, with
limitless energy, increased productivity, enhanced sexual performance, and
decreased appetite. Once these initial euphoric effects wear off, however, the
experience can take a bad turn--with chronic abuse leading to serious and
immediate negative consequences:

Crystal
Meth Abuse Treatment
Treatment
for methamphetamine abuse may take on multiple forms, depending on the
individual's needs. The first phase of treatment, detoxification, may proceed more
smoothly with careful monitoring by an experienced medical staff. Withdrawal
from crystal meth can be profoundly uncomfortable, and can sometimes elicit
depressive episodes--relapse risks are high during the period of acute
detoxification.
Acute symptoms
of abuse
are often treated with medications to alleviate the discomfort of side effects
and withdrawal:
Hyperactivity,
agitation or psychotic features - If needed, may be treated with a
dopamine-blocking medication, such as haloperidol--an antipsychotic that
decreases abnormal excitement in the brain.
Other
behavioral and psychiatric effects - Benzodiazepine drugs such as diazepam (Valium)
may be used to relieve anxiety, muscle spasms, and seizures.
Crystal
meth dependence and addiction can often prove difficult to manage, due to high
rates of dropout and relapse, severe craving, protracted mental health issues
(including depression and psychosis), and the inability of some users to
experience pleasure in the absence of the drug.
Currently,
there is no widely accepted model for crystal meth abuse treatment. In the
past, antidepressants were utilized, but this treatment was not found to be
especially effective in the long run. Modern treatment programs use various forms of
counseling or therapy to address the issues surrounding abuse and
dependence. Therapies that have been found to be effective are:
- Uses positive reinforcement to keep patients
abstinent, leading to longer periods of drug abstinence.
- Examines the role of substance abuse in a
patient's life and develops skills to avoid relapse; includes the Matrix Model
approach.
-
Incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, addiction education, relapse
prevention education, 12-step or self-help programs, and weekly urine tests to
assure abstinence. This method has been found to be very effective during
treatment.
Teen
Crystal Meth Abuse
Adolescents are at particular risk
for the dangers of crystal meth abuse. Human brains continue to develop until
the mid-20s, and powerful drugs such as crystal meth can have a major impact on
brain development.
Teens may also be unaware of
the risks. In fact, though many youth users acknowledge the health risks and
social costs of heavy crystal meth use, they still associate use of the drug
more positively than heroin or crack cocaine.
Drug
education regarding crystal meth and the dangers that come with abuse is a vital
part of abuse prevention. Talking with your teen about the risks associated
with meth use can help prevent young abuse.
- · Meth is addictive
- · Meth had a horrible effect
- · Meth damages the brain
- · Meth damages your DNA cells
What treatments are effective
for people who abuse methamphetamine?
The
most effective treatments for methamphetamine addiction at this point are
behavioral therapies, such as cognitive behavioral
and contingency management interventions. For example, the Matrix Model, a
16 week comprehensive behavioral treatment approach that combines behavioral
therapy, family education, individual counseling, 12 Step support, drug testing,
and encouragement for non
drug related activities,
has been shown to be effective in reducing methamphetamine abuse.
Contingency management interventions, which provide
tangible incentives in exchange for
engaging in treatment and maintaining abstinence,
have also been shown to be effective.
Although medications have proven effective in treating some
substance use disorders, there are currently no medications that counteract the
specific effects of methamphetamine or that prolong abstinence from and reduce
the abuse of methamphetamine by an individual addicted to the drug.
So there is no cure for Meth
addiction in absolute reality?
If we incorporate ourselves to that assertion
then, the ten percent of the world populations addicted to Meth should be
eliminated so as not to spread the disease of Methamphetamine.
There must be a way that can cure the
addiction fashioned by using Meth. Truly some of my friends in Tondo, Manila,
Philippines; when I was 15 years old are using the drug called Valium, which is
during that time is the famous drug, apart from Opium, and desperately they
were like Meth in effect.
·
The Chinese
didn’t realize that opium was an addictive substance until the late
17th century.
By that point, more than 1/3 of Chinese males reported smoking opium on a
regular basis which meant that millions of people were now suffering the brunt
of the consequences associated with opium addiction.
·
Valium is the
brand name for a drug called diazepam. Valium is a type of medicine called a
benzodiazepine, which enhances the effects of a neurotransmitter called
gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. The more GABA
in the synopses of nerve cells, the less active the brain, which is why Valium
is mainly used as a sedative or tranquilizer. Valium (diazepam) is also
considered a hypnotic, anti-epileptic, and anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) drug which
effects the central nervous system as a general depressant.
As
I have observe from their reactions. The more common side effects of Valium are:
·
Shakiness
and unsteady walk
·
unsteadiness,
trembling, or other problems with muscle control or coordination

agitation
·
anxiety

LOGICAL
ANTIDOTE TO METH
Here was the Do not and Never method:
1.
Do not
bring money or hold money within your pocket.
Just to avoid you from buying drugs.
2.
Do not
try to lend money from anybody
Just to avoid you from buying drugs.
3.
Do not
drink coffee, tea, chocolate, or any herb drinks
Those herb drinks maintains the level
of your crave for Meth.
4.
Never
drink any intoxicating and alcohol content drink or beverage
Mixing drugs to alcohol or other
intoxicating drinks worsen your situation. You may not awaken.
5.
No cold
or iced drinks
Cold and Iced drinks preserves the
effect of meth, and when your heated, it incite the sleeping Meth. Hot water
with a little brown sugar is good. This will sweat you and makes the toxin of
Meth released through your skin pores, because of sweating.
6.
Drink
water that is being processed for
sediments for about three minutes, not
cold
Water will be naturally purified but
the water essentials still in the water in sedimentation process.
7.
Drink processed water only when you feel
hungry.
You are in the process of body
cleansing. You feel hungry because you crave for something which your mind was
rejecting –Meth. So because of your mind deny your crave; your body sense a
hunger for something that is not around. And processed water will dilute your
desire.
8.
Do not
eat any meat
Eating
meat will embed the toxin of Meth because of its fats.
9.
Do not
eat any sea product
Sea
foods are high in salt which has the character of preserving Meth, like in a
dried fish.
10.
Eat only white skinned fish, but without scales
The
doctor who treated my brother hepatitis suggested this kind of fish, it is
clean fish.
11.
Eat only fruits coming from the trees e.g. guava,
papaya
These
were cleaned fruits. The wisdom is they filter the water and other chemicals
that coming from the soil.
12.
Do not
eat fruits that grows on vines and bushes e.g. watermelon, grapes, berries
These
fruits are vulnerable to toxic chemicals or materials because at hand they were
in direct contact with the ground.
13.
Do not
eat vegetables that grows on vines and bushes
Same
explanation as in # 12
14.
Do not
eat bromated bread. Pure wheat bread is better
Potassium
bromate is a dough bleachers and cancer causing.
15.
Eating
time: 6:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 12:30AM then sleep, 3:30 PM , 7:00PM and 10:00PM
You
have to do this eating as a habit and makes you busy eating every 2 to three
hours staggeredly. Remember we are cleaning your body, so eat to extract
unnecessary body toxic.
16.
Sleep
as early as 9:00 in the evening. PRAY…
This
one is the essential parts, since your body is needing something (meth) and
your mind searching, Pray then sleep. This will relaxed your body and everybody
parts in your body is working to develop an antidote to overcome virus of Meth.
17.
Never
go outside in the evening
The
simple reason is after seven Pm demons go outside to devour every problematic
being outside
18.
Do not
entertain someone you do not know
Never
give your trust. But rather leave your all trust to GOD and JESUS.
19.
Do not
entertain or mere talk with other guys with a drug user background. AVOID THEM
20.
Do not
view a filthy or unethical movie or TV shows.
All bad
things is your password to enter the world of the demons.
21.
Do not
read a magazine, instead read books
Reading
books benefit you to gain knowledge and skills you will need after you are out
of your sickness.
22.
Engage
yourself exercising in a gym. Best time: 5:30 – 6:15, shower and eat your dinner.
We did
this not in a gym but in one of the house of my friends. It is very effective,
we gain controlling ourselves and because we are tired, we slept too early,
(9pm) and we build a conqueror's body.
23.
Do not engage
yourself working for nothing, it must be always beneficial
Sort
all the activities and things happening and is to be happened in your future.
24.
Avoid
girls
This is
what the body building activities benefits to us, gain control to avoid girls.
We knew now how to sort out girls.
25.
Do all of this basic
methods for three consecutive months
Did I forget something? I think of it.
27. NEVER EVER USE ANY DRUGS !
Other Drugs will insinuate or boost up your addiction, because of other chemicals that the said drugs contained. We are in a body cleansing system that means: A DRUG FREE BODY !
Lastly,
be mindful of every fact that:
- · Meth is just a drug that will ruin your life forever.
- · But family life is more beneficial than Meth
- · Meth and companion is the assembly of devilish celebration
- · But family and love ones is a congregation of people who loves you. Sometimes, they maybe bad-mannered unto you but they were your blood lines. Love them consistently for God will be on your side forever.
- · Meth will not let you sleep, because if you will sleep, comes a time you will never wake
- · But family always awakes you with a good breakfast
- · Meth leads you in a financial bankruptcy – physical and spiritual
- · But family and love ones spend money for you, because they care for you
- · Meth leads you in a horrible diseases
- · But family will help you cure your diseases
- · Meth will not care for you even if you die barely on the street
- · But family and love ones will not let you die, instead they will take care of you
- · Meth will never goes to cemetery to pray for your soul
- · But family and love ones does pray for your soul
Want
to try meth??? NEVER!!!
Good luck.
