The question indicates that the job you're applying for will involve working under pressure. Say, Stressful situations are a learning and challenging experience. You might mention you managed a crisis situation before. (For example: a car accident)

The question is trying to find out if you have any health issues that will cause you to take a lot of sick days.

It is important that you have done your research about the type of work that you are applying for, it is important for you to incorporate this into your strengths.
