| APPEAL TO OUR BELOVED PRESIDENT RODRIGO R. DUTERTE |
President Elect Rodrigo Roa Duterte took oath on June 30, 2016 as the new President of the Philippines. He was the 2nd "flame President" after Joseph "Erap" Estrada.
President Duterte had became president because of his famous "six months to clean-drug - campaign and the now infamous "Change is Coming".The President was also recognized by his cat-calling to one of the GMA TV reporter.

But those aphorism remark was just a normal, done probably, by some of his opponent.
The highlight of this event, whether you agree or disagree will be his Inaugural Speech that will indicate his personality as the New President of the Philippines. This will be the "buena mano" (first legal statement) statement he will deliver to his countrymen.

In his Inaugural Address, Estrada said:
"One hundred years after Kawit, fifty years after independence, twelve years after EDSA, and seven years after the rejection of foreign bases, it is now the turn of the masses to experience liberation. We stand in the shadow of those who fought to make us free - free from foreign domination, free from domestic tyranny, free from superpower dictation, free from economic backwardness. "

Now as the event of all events within this year, the majority of the Filipino people are craving to a statement that will be an inscription to their mind that these are the beginning of a changeover from poverty to a second class of living . May the President-Elect Rodrigo Roa Duterte be blessed by his noble doings.
After the Election on May 9,2016...
On the 30th day of June in the 2016 year AD, These were some portions of the Inaugural Speech made by the Philippine 16th President Rodrigo Roa Duterte:
- I. No leader, however strong, can succeed at anything of national importance or significance unless he has the support and cooperation of the people he is tasked to lead and sworn to serve.
- II. I know that there are those who do not approve of my methods of fighting criminality. They say that my methods are unorthodox and verge on the illegal.
- III. As a lawyer and a former prosecutor, I know the limits of the power and authority of the president. I know what is legal and what isnot.
- IV. On the international front and community of nations,
let me reiterate that the Republic of the Philippines will honor treaties and
international obligations. On the domestic front, my administration is
committed to implement all signed peace agreements in step with constitutional
and legal reforms.

Analytical Consideration:
The first (I) statement does not conform with the second (II) statement because the first statement says:

No leader, however strong, can succeed at anything of national importance or significance unless he has the support and cooperation of the people he is tasked to lead and sworn to serve.
How can someone gain the support of anybody if you knew that your methods were unorthodox and verge on illegal?

I know that there are those who do not approve of my methods of fighting criminality. They say that my methods are unorthodox and verge on the illegal.-
Before and after the inaugural speech of the famous President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, the war against drugs creates many expectations and frightened many poor drug peddlers, drug users and even senators! Because the killings of users, peddlers, and as they called it drug related personage scattered thru the Philippine streets.
Well maybe it is not the killings we will be after, but it is the reason of why they were killed, those deprived people without just justification.
But President Rodrigo Roa Duterte might be right of his every decision to change the OLD government. If you have anything fuzzy in your mind then:
An Appeal... is sufficient to wake him up.
My President Rodrigo R. Duterte: most of the Filipino knew less in particular. They are a simple minded people, the only thing why we vote you as our President is a simple Meal. We are not like those Rich friends of yours who can afford $100 single meal.
Stop the order to kill the drug addicts or pushers, instead help them to be a better man and give them Job in order to sustain their family meal.
The Filipinos were not bad people
when they born, just give them the right education, motivation, and feed them enough three times a day and you will in the future seen, not just famous athletes, not just beauty and brain Miss Universe but as well as good engineers, doctors,cooks,singers that the citizen of the the world will appreciate, and also a good and concerned President like you.

Because GOD is watching us. And if you do it - your name will be written in the books of heaven.
