Job Interview for Building Wiring Electrician


 Probably the best thing that a Job seeker might hear when someone calls on the phone is that he is scheduled for an interview.
After ending up the call from the HR Manager the smiley J face becomes sadL. It is because tomorrow or the scheduled day is the Judgment day. Your mind is full of disillusion and your heart thump so fast that it seems you are in a haunt. And all these expectations were in your mind:
1.       What shall I wear?
2.       What approach do I show off?
3.       What questions do they ask me?
4.       How many questions they have?
All of those query in your mind may not be true, let say it just you creating a “ghost” that never exist.
·         What documents shall I prepare is a reality question.

                                                                       THE REQUIREMENTS: 


                                                                                             


1.       Clearances – these are the authorization to be secure in police station, judiciary offices, medical clearance and other clearances if you have issue to certain legal department.
2.       Employment Certificates – in any company where you worked before. Prepare only the Employment Certificate which is related to what job you are applying for.
3.       Educational Certificates – is not just only the Diploma, but certificate of your specific job applied for. If you’ve got a Diploma in Dentistry and you are applying for a Food and Beverage Crew then the weigh is on your Food and Beverage Certificate specifically.
4.        Competency Certificates – This an important certificate because in this certificate your skills are being evaluate by a government establishment other than your school.
              5.   Application and Resume’ – the application is your letter of intent and the resume’ is your Character                       details of who really you are. Review what you have written. You will tell some of its details during
                                    the Interview
6.       Pictures – the picture must be the best shot of you, your attire must be in formal attire, the background must be the employer’s choice or plain white. Some establishments prepare a no glasses picture. Therefore, to make it sure bring two pictures you in glasses the other one nothing.
7.       Orientation and Seminar Certificates – If you undergone a seminar and / or orientation, you have to include it particularly if it is in relation to the job you are applying for.
8.        Government Identification Card – these are cards like Driver’s license, Government Insurance Card, Passport or any Government Validated Cards.
9.       References – be sure you have at least three persons that knew you well, you need their name, position, establishment, contact no. of the personage.
10.       Money – bring enough
11.       Sealed all your documents to an envelope that the documents may not be crumpled.

Do not hesitate to answer this. Although it is a simple and impractical question, and the interviewer was holding your Resume’ and Application letter. And mind you, you’re not a senseless not to describe yourself well.

2. Your biggest weaknesses can you tell some of it?

Pick a theoretical weakness and transform that defect into your streng!
A better approach is to choose an actual weakness, but one you're working to improve. Share what you're doing to overcome that weakness. Do not talk too much.

3. How about your biggest strengths?

Be clear and precise. If you're a problem solver, don't just say that, provide a few examples, pertinent to the job you’re applying for, that prove you're a skillful problem solver,

4. In five years time where are you?

Try to show your ambition by providing a meek answer.
Answer: There are so many skillful people here. I just want to do a job I learned and see where my talents take me.

5. Why are we going to hire you?

 Describe your passion and desire and commitment for that job. Say you love the job and you are committed to that job for your evening schoolwork.

6. How did you learn about the opening?

Job fairs, Internet... most people find their first few jobs that way, tell the truth.

7. Why do you want this job?

Tell it fitted to your course and experienced. Also you enjoy doing this job and possibly improve better if given a right chance.

8. What is your biggest achievement in life?"

It is when you graduated to a course you love most. And if they hire you, it will be the second biggest achievement.

9. How is it if someone got angry with you?

I just calm down them by being humble and accept the mistakes, then listen specifically to their problem, and solve the particular.

10. Describe your next or dream job.

Tell the next position you are dreaming of. Say from a room service, to room service headmaster.

11. Why do you want to leave your current job?

If you were leaving your current job, don’t be uncertain, tell the truth in details.

12. What kind of work environment do you like best?
Friendly coworker and bosses is enough to describe.

13. Your toughest decision you’ve made in the last six months.
The goal of this question is to evaluate your reasoning ability, problem solving skills, judgment, and possibly even willingness to take intelligent risks. Warning - everyone makes tough decision.
